What do all the calculators have in common?
- The law in force at the relevant time. Where the law has changed, the calculator selects the version that applies to the contract or the period, and sets out its basic assumptions.
- Official data. The Consumer Price Index and the Building Inputs Index from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) API, interest rates from the Accountant General's database, and fees from the regulations.
- Branded output. Every result includes the data entered, the assumptions, the sources and a disclaimer, and can be exported to PDF.
The calculators provide an estimate only and do not constitute legal advice. The actual calculation depends on the judgment, the contract and the circumstances.
